For online purchases, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your goods, subject to the exceptions below.
If items from a single order arrive separately, the withdrawal period generally begins when you receive the last item. After notifying us, you must send the goods back within 14 days.
Arkadum does not offer an extended return period or additional voluntary exchange rights. KKV guidance
Many of our fragrances arrive in a retail box covered by protective plastic wrapping. Please keep this wrapping intact if you are considering returning your fragrance.
For fragrances supplied in sealed protective packaging for genuine health or hygiene reasons, removing or breaking that packaging ends the right of withdrawal if opening makes the product unsuitable for return for those reasons. Where this exception applies, we do not accept change-of-mind returns after the protective wrapping has been removed, including because you dislike the fragrance or selected the wrong product.
This exclusion does not apply merely because you opened the outer shipping box. It also does not automatically apply to a product delivered without sealed packaging or whose wrapping does not serve a genuine health or hygiene purpose. EU guidance
Removing the wrapping does not prevent you from reporting a damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrectly supplied product.

Please provide your name, order number or other proof of purchase, and the items you wish to return. A clear statement that you wish to withdraw is sufficient; you do not need to explain your reason.
We’ll provide return instructions. Contacting us helps ensure your parcel reaches the correct place, but our approval is not required to exercise a valid statutory right of withdrawal.

Returns must be sent to Arkadum’s designated return address, not to the supplier, manufacturer, or original dispatch address unless we specifically instruct you otherwise.
You are responsible for the direct return shipping costs when exercising your right of withdrawal for a change of mind. We cover the necessary return costs for damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products.
Package the fragrance securely, preferably using its original shipping materials. Use a carrier that accepts perfume and follow its requirements for alcohol-based fragrances. Retain proof of postage.
Where your right of withdrawal remains, you may inspect the product as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. If additional handling reduces its value, we may make a legally permitted deduction from your refund. Any deduction will reflect the actual loss in value and will be explained to you.
We do not charge a standard restocking fee.
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, leaking, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact support@arkadum.com as soon as reasonably possible.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where available. Please retain the product and packaging while we investigate, and do not ship a leaking or damaged bottle until we provide safe return instructions.
We assess each reported issue individually and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, price reduction, or refund.
We do not reject a valid fault claim simply because the protective wrapping has been removed or the fragrance has been opened. The 14-day withdrawal period does not limit your statutory rights concerning defective goods.
We do not offer direct exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. You may return a product under your statutory withdrawal rights and place a separate order for another fragrance.
This does not affect your right to a replacement where required by consumer law.
We issue refunds without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.
Refunds are made to your original payment method unless we expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged a refund processing fee.
If you withdraw from your entire order, we also refund the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option. Additional charges for express or upgraded delivery are not refundable.
Any legally justified deduction for diminished value will be explained. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the refund. Refund guidance
Discounted products retain the same statutory consumer rights as full-price products.
